This contact interface offers the possibility to third parties to communicate with a domain name's administrative contact who chose the "restricted publication" option so that its personal information are not published in Whois.

The choice carried out by the holder results from the application from the data-processing law and freedoms. Thus, it is impossible to send email to the address “anonymous@nowhere.xx.fr”: you will not obtain any answer, this address e-mail is fictitious.
