Administrative contact or contact-admin or admin-c
The name, address, telephone number and email address of the person designated by the holder of a domain name under the .fr, .re, .tf, .pm, .wf or .yt TLD when the domain name is created by Afnic. It is mandatory throughout the life of the domain name.
The administrative contact must have a valid address in order to receive judicial or extrajudicial documents. The name of the administrative contact is published in the Whois directory.
